Welcome to our Kerr Lake Getaway, a charming and private Lake Home you and your family will enjoy vacationing time after time. With great views, long boat dock, large screened in porch, open living area, ample parking and lots of room outdoors to explore, this Getaway is sure to provide you and your family the quiet, relaxing, and memorable vacation you deserve.

Price List: You are going to experience a great vacation at an incredible value.

Seasonal Rate (April - October): $750 per week plus 7.75% tax (shorter rentals considered, 3-day minimum, call for details)
Holiday Rate for Easter, Memorial Day and Columbus Day: $825 per week plus tax
Holiday Rate for July 4th and Labor Day Weekend : $875 per week plus tax
Deposit: $200.00

3 Bedroom (Large private Master Suite with King bed and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds each)
2 Bathrooms (both are shower stalls - no tubs)
Large 300 s.f. Screened in Porch with 2 ceiling fans and foosball table
Satellite TV, DVD, Component Stereo System
Warm and Cozy Fireplace for those early Spring and late Fall fishing trips
Large and Long Boat dock with deep water beneath it (20-25' deep at the end of the dock). The dock is on the most wind protected side of the point and is very close to the main lake area. View the Directions page to see a map of the area and see how close the Getaway is to the main lake.
Located 1/2 mile from a Kimball Point Boat ramp access (You will be able to get your boat in the water and both your boat and vehicle back to the Kerr Lake Getaway in less than an hour.)
Covered Parking (a pull through shed with circular drive so you can easily store your boat trailer)

Sleeps 6 - King bed in Master Bedroom and 2 twin beds in each bedroom (3 BR septic will only allow 6 occupants)

Reservations: Reservations are easy and payment can be made by check or with your credit card. Reservations are secured by paying 1/2 the rental rate plus the deposit. Email us the week or weekend you wish to reserve. We will generate an invoice and contract that will be mailed or emailed to you. 30 Days prior to Check-in, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, including tax. This invoice must be paid prior to check-in and no later than the day of check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made if you cancel 30 days or less prior to check-in. We do not offer trip insurance. If you are interested in vacation insurance, email us and we will refer you to some of the many insurance companies you may wish to use.

Additional Policies: No Pets or Smoking inside the Getaway are allowed. You must bring your own linens, towels, washcloths, etc.

Location and Directions: Kerr Lake Getaway is located about 20 minutes North and West of Henderson, NC and the exit off I85 is just 10 miles south of the VA border. You will be located in a quiet private neighborhood away from everything, yet still close to shopping and a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Click on the Location and Directions link to be taken to a map of the area. Specific directions will be mailed along with your contract.
